This hotel is a hidden gem in a great location. The rooms are beautifully remodeled and have everything you need, including a nice bathroom. The staff goes above and beyond to attend to your needs and provide excellent service. The two terraces offer a stunning view of the vibrant streets below. And the breakfast at the nearby bar is delicious and satisfying.

Perfect location near public transportation, main museum, and Pompeii artifacts. Exceeded expectations with charging points, well-priced mini bar, and extension lead. Staff is friendly, flexible, and accommodated early check-in. Comfortable bed, clean room, and lovely bathroom. Plenty of space and tastefully decorated. Thanks to the host for making us feel at home. Delicious breakfast spot nearby.

The location was perfect, right in the city center, close to all the main attractions. Everything was within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring this city. The staff were amazing and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

They provided clear communication and had a good link with a local taxi firm for a set price to the airport. the room itself was spacious, with two balconies and large comfortable beds. the mini-fridge even had cheap drinks available.
The room I stayed in was disappointing. It felt more like a converted apartment rather than a proper hotel room.

This hotel is in a prime location right in the city center. It is close to everything and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-decorated interior. The bathroom is modern and the shower is larger than typical European ones. The staff is friendly, helpful, and provides excellent service, including giving directions, arranging taxis.
The hotel could benefit from providing guests with a printed map of the city to enhance their exploration experience.

We had a slight issue with the shower door not closing all the way, but a towel quickly solved the problem. Other than that, our stay at Nova Relais was perfect. The mini-hotel is located in a wonderful area, close to the historic center and the Archaeological Museum. The room was charming and comfortable, and the hostess, Roberta, was friendly and helpful from the moment we made the reservation. The breakfast at the coffee shop below was sufficient and the staff were accommodating. The hotel itself is clean, well-lit, and the bed was comfortable. Despite a few minor setbacks, I would highly recommend Nova Relais for a pleasant stay in Naples. I had a great experience and would definitely return.
